Color Consultant
As a residential and commercial Color Consultant, Alice assists hundreds of homeowners and real estate agents in determining the perfect color choices for their homes and offices, both interior and exterior. With 28 years of experience designing and mixing unique color palettes, she works closely with Sherwin-Williams Paint Company to design custom color collections tailored to each client.
Alice worked in Interior Design in Washington, D.C. and, later, as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for an international real estate firm. Her use of color in the marketing process proved to attract more clients, maximize sales, and increase client retention. Alice’s expert use of color became standard procedure company-wide in 114 properties in 14 countries.
Alice loves helping clients make their properties attractive for the purposes of resale, rental, and remodel. She works with individual clients and also partners with ReMax in Mebane, NC, Berkshire Hathaway, and Domicile Realty in Chapel Hill, NC, to help boost their sales and rentals.
